In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

13.1 Termination by mc888a

mc888a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct;
• Provided false information during registration or KYC;

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure
